1. Who we are

2. The website and the product

Zeta Cortex is an authorization layer for AI agent actions and is currently in private development. The website describes the product and planned features for information only. Descriptions, features, deployment options and pricing may change before general availability and do not form an offer or a commitment to deliver any particular feature.

Use of the Zeta Cortex product itself, including any pilot or early access, is governed by a separate written agreement between us and your organization. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence.

3. Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access, a place in any design-partner program or a particular timeline. We decide at our discretion who is invited and when. Please give accurate information and only submit details you are entitled to share.

4. Acceptable use

When using the website you agree not to:

• break any applicable law or infringe anyone’s rights
• submit false information, spam or someone else’s details without permission
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or connected systems
• interfere with the website’s operation, for example with malware or excessive automated requests
• scrape or copy the website’s content for a competing product or service

Security research is welcome when done responsibly. Please report any vulnerability to contact@zetacortex.ai and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosure.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, screenshots and software, belong to Zeta Cortex or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the website for your own information. You may not copy, modify or reuse our content, names or logos for other purposes without our written permission.

6. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback about Zeta Cortex, you agree we may use them to improve our products without any obligation to you.

7. Links to other websites

The website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Disclaimer

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is complete or up to date. Nothing on the website is legal, security or compliance advice for your specific situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability relating to the website is limited to 100 euros.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The courts of Sofia have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
